Looking forward to an autumn of talks about the book...

It's always such a treat to be invited to talk to a group of people interested in hearing about the research that went into my novel, Prince George & Master Frederick. It was a thrill to give a zoom talk in July to members of the Society of Genealogists' Book Group.  A rare thing to talk directly to people who've read the book already and could comment on the content; but it was great to be able to show them the images I've compiled to illustrate the story of Master Frederick Blomberg and his half brother Prince George.

There are more talks coming up this autumn. Most of them are for member groups - history societies, literary societies, women's groups and book groups. But one is open to the public; so, if you'd like to make your way to Evesham in October, I'll be giving the 'after lunch' talk at the Evesham Festival of Words at Holland House, Cropthorne near Pershore in Worcestershire on Friday 9th October.
