Loving giving talks to Book Groups - do let me know if you'd like me to attend yours.

So, here I am with a wonderful group of women - all former teachers at a school in Oxfordshire - who devoted their book group in September to a discussion about Prince George & Master Frederick. I brought my 'show and tell' on Powerpoint which I could be viewed on the television in the room. It was great to be able to show people already familiar with people, places and events in the book some of  the visual elements I've assembled - portraits, documents and images of places.  And what an enlightened group they were, full of questions about my research, aspects of British royal history which come up in the novel and general enthusiasm for the story.  I so enjoyed meeting everyone.

So, if you have a book group and are considering reading my book then please do let me know. I'd love to see photos of the group. And if you'd like me to come to your group and talk about the background to the story please do let me know.
