I just love giving talks about Prince George & Master Frederick

An unexpected bonus of being a published author is the opportunity to talk about a book to an enthusiastic audience.  I gave several talks in 2025 and there are many more lined up for 2026. 

However, I wanted to mention that I'm especially delighted to have been invited to talk at the Winchester Books Festival in April.  The organisers of this prestigious event staged an 'Open Call' to authors to come and pitch their books. So I was delighted to give a five minute 'taster' of my talk and was so thrilled to WIN a place at the Festival. 

I don't yet have the date but it will sometime between 17-19 April. I'll post another blog nearer the time. But here are some other dates where you can see me talking about the book and presenting a visual 'show and tell' which brings the story to life. 

14th February, 11am - to The Friends of St Anne's Church, Kew
19th March (time tbc) - Shepton Mallet, Somerset in the church of St Peter & St Paul
1st April 2.00pm  - Chichester Literary Society, Chichester
17th - 19th April  (time tbc) - Winchester Books Festival
28th April 12.30 - 1.45pm  - Dr Johnson's House, Gough Square
